In Estado de Merida, the Andes create the conditions — steep elevation, regulated temperature, slow maturation. La Curva Farm sits between 1200 and 1700 MASL, where Villa Nueva and Castillo varieties develop concentrated sugars and structural density over a long growing season. The raw material is strong before processing begins.

The fully washed process is deliberate. Strictly ripe cherries are selected, pulped, and stripped of mucilage through extended washing cycles. No fermentation interventions. No additives. The seed is left clean, and the profile that follows is almost entirely a function of where it was grown.

In the cup: baked goods up front, vanilla through the mid, mandarin on the finish. Cohesive and clean. A coffee that reflects its origin without embellishment.
